Park Field

Park Field was taken over by the Navy during WWII and renamed Memphis Naval Air Station. It was partially closed during a 1993 base closure round. The airfield is now a civilian airport, but the Navy has retained a sizeable portion of the cantonment area, which is now called Naval Support Activity Memphis.
